There are two reasons to source investment properties:
1. For yourself
2. For others as a business - Deal sourcing as a business is about finding a supply of investible properties and creating a demand (sourcing investors)
3. You can also do 1 and 2 at the same time
Training Objectives
This two-day LIVE deal sourcing training aims to equip you with the knowledge and skills to source deals in any part of the country, whether for yourself or others. All trainers have extensive experience in the deal-sourcing business, covering the acquisition, legal considerations and financing the investments over
decades and all market conditions.
After the training, there will be LIVE support (mentorship) for those attendees who wish to start or strengthen their current property sourcing business. This will be in the form 2 x 1-hour group Zoom meetings with Dominic Farrell, Josh Lee (mortgage and business advisor) and Claire Farrell (property and construction solicitor) after 1 month (end of February) and 3 months (end of April) to discuss the progress of your business and further property, legal, regulatory, and financial advice.
Attendees will also be given white-label contracts to use as a basis for their legal compliance.
